All of the ECS partner hotels in Montreal (Embassy Suites, Holiday Inn, InterContinental, Le Westin, and Hotel Dauphin) have agreed to refund any hotel reservations made through the official ECS/IMCS reservation links.
· For the InterContinental and Le Westin, you will be receiving a cancellation confirmation email directly from the hotel.
· For the Embassy Suites, Holiday Inn, and Hotel Dauphin, anyone who would like to cancel their hotel reservation will need to contact the individual hotel to arrange for this directly.
If you made your reservation outside of the ECS/IMCS links, contact the hotel directly to inquire about a possible refund. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or concern.
